Day 15!

This is my 4th day 15 I think over the years. And hoping it’ll be my last one! 😁

Sounds like a good plan Al. Being in a terrible mood is probably outside your control, but your response will protect your sobriety.

Tomorrow is another day, you can make the most of it by doing the right things now

Well done on day 15. Keep going and it will start to get a lot better. I think sweet stuff; ice cream, chocolate etc can be a life saver on those rough days. You can do this!
