Thank you so much for sharing that with me.

Nez - I love what you said about how alcohol is now like a rock in your front yard it has no attraction or solution for you it’s just there. That really gives me inspiration , that’s we’re I want to be in my life. No longer having to be burdened with the constant obsession of drinking.

Dee74 - I will get on to the may support thread and ask for help as soon as I start to get the urge to drink again which from previous experience I imagine might be over the weekend or over the next few days.

Day 2 today and all going well so far
