Well the doc appt was a cluster f but it's all good now. 1st dose of detox meds in. All in all today has been a good day and I'm actually hopeful about the future for the first time in months.

Just went for a 10 mile bike ride. It was nice not being hungover. Thinking I'll start lifting weights again in the morning.
