I'm not prepared to sit here all day being a referee tho - not when there's so many others I can help with the time I have available.

It is inappropriate to promote the use of alcohol or drugs on our addiction recovery forums.

Hi Apri! I hope this makes you smile. I read your post over and over again trying to understand it. Over and over again. I didn't know there was a friends and family category on this site and and I'm almost embarrassed at the amount of time it took me to figure it out.

i am just ready to discuss the uncomfortable. This site is clearly not the place. I respect that.
i think until we are able to speak freely we won't properly heal.
This won't be well received but i think threads are closed before the real meaning and depth is told. Nothing about substance abuse is clean and shiny, not sure why we have to keep our post/ thoughts the same....
