My question there was what kind of program you are doing to help with anxiety, the future tripping, every day....?

To be honest I am not on any program. I do alot of reading . But my relationship with my higher power is strong. I give him all honor. Basically I have an independent support group. My family who bless their heart are a 150% behind me. Cuz they have seen how I was. And how I am now. I have told them I was going to quit numerous times and always ended up drinking again this last one now I think they seen that I was serious about recovery because there's nothing stopping me right now from doing what I want to do what I want to be is a sober human being and live life on life's terms. Well and I have this site I come on everyday. Super cool. once you get past that first step and admit that you're powerless over Boos now it's time to take action
