Not giving up
I was doing well then I went to a family camp with a "happy hour". I want to go to rehab. I need to have some spare away from everything. I'm not gonna drink tomorrow. It doesn't help. It's just... something.

I found that these boards worked the best for me. Don't box yourself into one form of therapy, give a few things a try till you find what works for you. You will find something that works.
I'm glad you're back again Press.
You've tried a few things. Maybe youre right - maybe rehab is something you need to look into now - one with a good aftercare programme?
are you able to do that work wise, money wise and kid wise?

Frankly I think that's the best part of rehab...the 'saving me from myself' part. Rehab doesn't 'work' so to speak, it isn't a magic pill. But it does give one time for reflection. And if you do everything you are told to do, take it very seriously, stick it out (many don't) you can really leave there with a solid foundation. But you will, again, be back on your own, to your own devices...so a solid plan for recovery is really important, no matter what you do.

Look if you have access to get rehab I would definitely do so mind body and soul. Rehab is going to help you get your toolbox ready for when you are released again you can't build on Sand so you need a solid foundation and that's a good start to start building your foundation so you can go from there. They are going to fill your body with nutrients. Then pump recovery into your brain.
