Day 227**

My weekly check in. All going extremely well.
Yesterday an interesting article in the Sydney Morning Herald.
Alcohol now supersedes Ice and Heroin as the number one drug causing more harm in Australia.
Every 90 Minutes a person in Australia dies due to complications/issues with alcohol. Enough said. Seen the light.
Yuk. No more for me..
