Day 4

Day 4 again. Feeling better went out to shops etc did normal life. Stood in supermarket everybody seemed to buying copious amounts of drinks for the weekend. No cravings but overwhelming anxiety about how abnormal drinking feels to me. Suns out and I can’t bekieve I drank again and all the crap. Just seems like another person takes over and life gets turned upside down. Crazy still worried about consequenses also worry worry exists anxiety

Nice job, I'm on day 5 Eve. As I said, at least for me, things get a little better everyday and I mean a little for me. Have a big pool party tonight, should be a good test. Typically wouldn't go but the kids, etc.
