Day one again!

i have been binge drinking at least once a week for a while now

abusive boyfriend got into a fight and needed stitches. Before that he was calling me and my mother whores in the streets

i think I’m finally ready to leave this man and really want to reach at least one month sober( eventually totally sober) but I have only been able to reach a month twice in nearly four years of drinking .

I have been to see a psychiatrist and have been prescribed Pregabalin
im back guys I’m seeking help this week and determined to get sober for good ! X

sorry to hear that but welcome back.

being in an abusive relationship isnt going to help you or your sobriety. you're worth so much more, I wish you could see that for yourself

I'm on day 1 too and back in the June class.Hope to see you there

Hi Holly, I'm sorry you've been drinking but well done for coming back and posting.
You need to get out of that relationship pronto, you neither need it or deserve it, you're worth so much more. My advice would be to run for the hills.
I hope you get the help you need and please stick close to to S.R, we're all here for you. Xxx

Hello, Holly. I'm glad you're here. Like others have said, it's important for you to focus on yourself and your goals. I hope that you can find the strength to leave the abusive situation that you're in. I was in an abusive relationship for far too long before I finally had the courage to break it off.

keep posting. We are all here to support you.
