Woo Hoo!!! Congratulations, Mummy! So happy for you! We're right here together on our sobriety...my 60 days is tomorrow! Let's do this!!! 😄 (I had ro look at my calendar this morning to count how long its been). I would really like to start at a gym too. Im going to look into it. Have a great 2 month anniversary today!

141 days here (sorry for showing off 😀
. It gets easier every day. In the first week, I thought I’d be fidgeting and craving every evening for the rest of my life. Now I too am at the gym or out running, training for a triathlon, not very successfully but I’d have no chance if I was drinking.
Not complacent, though. One drink will bring that week one urge back with a vengeance. No such thing as moderation with an ex-drinker. Give it up forever or accept you’ll be a heavy drinker again.
