Hi and welcome to SR Patricia

I think it's very normal to not know who sober us is - but you'll find out and I'm sure you'll find that your confidence is there too - independent of beer.

You just have to let it grow

Support was a great help to me - I hope you'll find that too - congrats on 105 days

is depression a new thing or have you battled it before?

D

I hope the depressed feeling passed and you can get back on track.

You have gone 100+ days sober, that is a great accomplishment.

I have days like this too. They are few and far between but suck nonetheless. I grind through and the next day is usually much better.

Please post an update and keep posting. We are here for you and you are doing a great job!!!

Alcohol is a false sense of confidence. Stay on the sober path, and start adding workouts to your routine. Working out will not only lead you to being physically more confidence, but also released endorphins which make you feel happy.

Great job on achieving 105 days!

I had a ton of depression the first few months, mine has been really subsiding since about 5 months on. Keep working! It gets better!

I have 90 days and I have experienced depression on a lot of the days but you have to remember that there are good days and it is worth it to keep going. I think that we will always have days like this but they will happen less often as time goes on.
