I know how u feel I have had these thoughts a lot. Especially since I have gotten older and now have 2 kids. U just can't have both lives and that is something I have struggled with. Quitting cold turkey is so hard so I weaned myself to one day a week but that just turned into bingeing one day a week so I have to cut that out. Friday is usually the day so I can't buy. We all feel the loss of our twenties and the years creep up on us quickly. .
