And oddly enough I’ve only been sober on his first, third and seventh birthdays! The rest I was wasted. Apparently I thought a kids birthday party was an excuse to get drunk🙄. Ugh!!! Happy to report this one and all the rest of his birthdays I will be SOBER!! Taking him, his brother and friend to Chuck E Cheese, and spent this evening making cupcakes. Feeling proud that I can finally be the Mom I always wanted to be!!
