Hello
Hi all, 25 days sober and currently feeling good. More interested in myself and my diet and noticing my puffy face is getting less puffy. Currently feeling rewarded by my abstinence but do get cravings which I am currently able to ignore. Wishing everyone a peaceful sleep filled night.

Thanks all, I want 2019 to be a new life alcohol free, so I can think without being numbed from feeling and try and I happy, something that I haven't been for many years.
