Day 9

Day 9 sober thank you God. I am much more stable mentally and my physical health is improving.

My concentration has really improved I can feel my brain working.

i am not complacent, I have heard it is easy staying sober for 14 days but more difficult to maintain sobriety. I will stay sober.

For me No Alcohol means happiness, Consumption of alcohol means abject misery.

Congratulations on Day 9! And, I agree that staying sober is harder than stopping drinking. But, you can find ways to adjust your lifestyle to support your recovery.
