Please don't drink tomorrow

I've finally admitted the full extent of my alcohol addiction tonight to my husband. He said I know you have a problem (but didn't realise how much) but he said you needed to admit it to yourself before you can get help/move forward
He told me he hated me for how I'd been the last couple or so years
We go away Tues on an all inclusive to St Lucia and he's saying why book this knowing that you have a drink problem? I don't know
But he did say when we get home he will pay for me to get treatment.
He did ask though please don't drink tomorrow.
I've messed up the last few holidays up by drinking and not being organised. Infact we missed our flight in August because of my drinking and had to wait for the next one.
So please I don't want to drink tomorrow I want to be packed and organised.
I don't want to drink tomorrow

Get rid of the alcohol in the house. Check in here or go for a walk or do something different but don’t drink tomorrow.

And the cool thing about an all inclusive is that alcohol is not the only part of that. In fact, its the least of it. Maybe plan all your days there to include the all included activities?

Your hub asks a good question? Why are we doing this? Maybe don't. If you cancel, or postpone? Do.

You already know the reasons not to drink. Now you've got to apply them in your life. I wish you success.

He goes diving every day but will always say to me get a spa treatment while I'm diving. I never do really but this year I'm going to instead of drinking a bottle

Enjoy yourself. Be grateful you have the opportunity to have an awesome vacation and don’t drink! You will feel so amazing and be proud of yourself! Sign up for all of the spa treatments you need to help you relax. If you can get through this vacation without drinking you will be so happy with yourself. It will be a giant step in the right direction!
