Hello,
I’m still here. Day five sober and feeling ok. I feel good in the morning, but I’m SO tired. The insomnia is kinda taxing. I got four hours last night before my little one was breathing on me saying “mama, wake up!” Heart melted and no matter how tired I felt..I was not HUNGOVER!!!!! The tiredness does feel a bit hangover-ish but STILL a great feeling and nothing a little black tea can’t cure for a few hours.
Throughout the day, when I eat though, I feel a bit unsettled. I am getting my appetite back, however, when I eat, even a small amount, I just feel really full or like my stomach or something inside isn’t happy. I have been mostly eating healthy as well. But mainly focused on not drinking.
Yea..day 5

Hi PeaceB4 and congratulations on reached day 5 that's an amazing achievement. Feeling very tired to begin with is normal, your brain won't like that you have taken all that sugar away from it but it shouldn't last very long maybe a couple of weeks I found.
Keep up the healthy eating it helps keep the cravings away, hunger is my enemy. Your stomach is probably feeling a bit sensitive from the recent changes so just have enough to keep you on an even keel.
Waking up without a hangover is brilliant isn't it?

PeaceB4 well done enjoy the good feeling in the morning and be thankful you can be there and in the present for your little one. Those are the times you will cherish forever Your sleeplessness will improve may be try increasing your exercise level to make yourself physically tired?
