Feeling free

6 months and 10 days sober
When I started my journey on the 26th of December even 10 days seemed like an eternity ..
I finally feel free .
In mind body and spirit
I know it's a life long battle
One I have to keep fighting forever ..
But to go back to that dark hell of drinking is a nightmare that I NEVER ever WANT to go back to
Every day is a heaven on earth without it
So I'll keep fighting with every onze of strength I have to stay sober
It's so so worth it ....
