360° spin
So ~130 days without a drink and today at the supermarket I thought I would check the non-alcohol beer selection to weigh up this as a social setting option..
*Most people are probably thinking "What an idiot" here... but I actually drank beer for enjoyment and a keen follower of boutique breweries, brewing methods and hop variances.....
I left the beer fridge empty handed, added some sparkling fizz to my trolley and off home.
**moral of the story- a reasonable victory
**moral of story #2 - for those that are struggling or early on, it really does get easier. Hang in there.

If that means you got some sparkling water instead, thats a good outcome
NA beer lead me back to the real thing - it was all the same behaviours...but I missed the buzz.
If you enjoy flavours etc - get into fruit juices and sparkling waters,,try things like Italian cola (chinotto) etc...there's a world of non alcoholic flavours out there

Yes, I have lots of choices of sprakling water that have no sugar. And lots of fruit flavours too. I love those choices in the summer.
I bought non-alcoholic wine once in the early days and it felt so wrong. It was the process of removing the cork, the wine glass, etc.
