LOL!! Thank you nons! No this isn't for sissys. Sick as a dog today. Can't eat and trying to keep down water. Ugh!! Just really feeling alone and disgusted with myself. The self hatred is running very high today as it should be. My two dogs don't hate me at least. lol.

UGH!! Remind me to never drink again. Lol. This several day bender has me sick as a dog!! Can’t eat, so weak, my mouth feels so dry. Can’t even hardly walk to the kitchen to get more h20. This is pathetic. Lol
