Had my first SR troll experience, maybe some of you saw our back and forth. I was going to post a separate thread about it but figured that would only give people like that more of a voice.

Anyhow what it really did was remind me what an amazing place this is. The encouragement, the back and forth, the wisdom and the honesty - it's a very unique and incredibly helpful place.

So thank you all again - from the lurkers to the moderators to the people like me, struggling but trying again and again.

Staying strong, not drinking today.

Glad you are having a good Sunday despite the other nonsense Less. Unfortunately there are some people in this world that do hateful things for no apparent reason.

We are dealing with a cruel joke by mother nature up here today - we've already gotten about 15 inches of snow since friday night with another 6-12 on the way before tomorrow morning!

We got walloped here yesterday and its still snowing right now.

Regarding simplicity, it is one of the thing I like about sobriety. At first the boredom bothered me, but that changed from boredom to simplicity. Its nice.

I just got back from shopping for prom shoes with my daughter. Holy crap she looks like a super model. How did my baby get all growed up?
