Sorry you are feeling down. Some of us have a tendency to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders and we can’t handle the cruelty we see in the world. We just have to move forward and work on improving our one little corner of the world. I think when many of us were drinking we shut ourselves off from all friends and family. A lot of us don’t have support. That’s why we go to AA meetings and reach out to this forum. I hope you put down the drink and find some peace and move forward.
