Keep going, doing well 
Pancake Tuesday, I forgot!!
Need to run up the shop for some flour and eggs. And some sausages and golden syrup!
And round a couple of grandkids up tea-time, so I can pretend I am making them for them!

You go Mummy--what changes will you make to your sobriety plan to shore up the weak spots?
I had to adjust my plan several times for triggers, dreaded drinking "usual" times, stress response, etc.
