Nearly 5 years sober. Been ups and downs and I have struggled with my mental health.
I kept at it and my life has transformed inside and out. I'm a stronger person thanks too the program the people and the power which I call the divine spirit.
Thanks to everyone here also , it's a lousy filthy disgusting addiction.
It's a rocky road to sobriety but truelly worth it.,
It's all about change. Change , change.
I hope you can get it, there's lots of support here and outside too. I was scared of meetings and had pre conceived ideas , also some meetings r just not for me but there are some that are. You gotta get to plenty and somewhere might suit you.
You can do it. Love yourself . Go on go on go on.
