Hi iam new here.just reading some of your threads . Iam 5 days sober after 19 years of regular drinking . Decided enough is enough before I destroy myself . The first 2 nights were hell but felling much better in my self now . Determined to not drink ever again but I know it’s going to be a difficult road ahead .,
