Day five and still alive

This is the beginning of day five for me. I'm doing well (except the lack of sleep). I found some recordings I did last month while drunk. I admitted my problem and sounded like a complete loser. I've been listening to them for motivation. I rrcommend any active user to record yourself drunk so that sober you can see how great he/she is compared to drunk you. Thanks for reading, and thanks for sharing. This site really is helping!

Honestly, the lack of sleep is nothing compared to being hung over 2 or 3 times a week. This is way better.

Glad to hear you’re doing well. I’m also pushing through on day five. I agree tired beats hungover a hundred times over. Keep going!

Good for you. A recording of me drunk . . . oh my gosh what a horrible, horrible thought.

Congrats on day 5 TVA.

I have lots of recordings of me drunk playing in a band.

To be honest they never kept me sober, in fact they made me want to drink more because of the shame...but different strokes, right?

I'm glad it's working for you

D

That is interesting. For me, the shame makes me hate alcohol. I sound so pathetic and worthless. I can't go back.

Thanks for stopping in.
