Hey guys

Feel like I’ve just come out of a dark dingy cave and walked out onto a beach of a paradise island. The weather is warm, no anxieties here and the sun is beaming down. I’ve got water in my glass and an umbrella in top of it.
Reality I’m in rainy uk, but an enjoyable metaphor. Having said that, the future is much brighter now I’ve decided to kick the booze into touch.
I didn’t realise until I’d opened my eyes, how much support I have around me in the form of friends, family and activity such as guitar and sport.
Picked up some b vitamin today and multi vit- time to take care of health now too. Have a good day guys

I mean I'm only on day 1 but from what I've seen the happiness and overall feeling of fulfillment just gets BETTER with time which is like the most exciting fact ever. Glad you've gotten this far man!
