Day 12

Feel good.
And sober.
Walked all over town today. Attended recovery group
Managed to purchase a fantastic winter coat. I used to hate shopping
Met a friend she had a few drinks I had squash and now I'm home
Worn out, have TV and looking forward to a good sleep later.
Another Diamond day.

To be back walking again. It's therapy. My legs aren't happy but I 'd recommend walking to anyone. I've earned my cocoa

Rockfish, I'm with you on that. Walking really saved me and it's still my favourite thing to do. Congratulations on Day 12 and keep walking!

But, I live in Eastern Canada and it's way too cold here right now to walk anywhere.

It could be -10C here next week so I bought a wonderful coat which will be hung up all week while they're trying to prize me off the radiator.
