Totally agree.

Rehab was 12 Step meetings and meetings for a few months after getting out were essential, if nothing else to talk to other addict/alcoholics and normalize what I'd been through. Then to know and listen that it's over, because I didn't reach the bottom of many of the people in the rooms YET...but I WOULD if I went back to drinking.

I never really worked Step 1. It just kinda happened.
