Congratulations on your sobriety. It is disappointing when our friends don't support us in the way we need. Lucky there is SR to help fill the void. I think you are right when you say you need to concentrate on yourself now.

Thank you everyone for the lovely messages. I sure am feeling the love. I am feeling so positive now that I am just going to ignore the negative remarks from friends as I will do this. Today is day one now for me with healthy eating and no fizzy drinks etc and I am feeling great. No cravings nothing. I'm going to keep coming on here for support because I know it will help me no end. Thank you everyone 😀
