B-Complex; magnesium; and a multi vitamin is my "go to".

Personally I like to take a very good quality multi vitamin & mineral tablet. B complex. Cod Liver Oil and mega calcium.

That is tailored to my age and that I am female.

I take a premium organic all natural Multi- Vitamin which provides me with an abundance of minerals and vitamin, mag, B complex without the need to take them separately. Progressive is the should Google it and check out this line. Massive 5 star reviews. Available on-line as well.

I had a real fear of checking in with a Dr, but it was the only way to take stock on where I was and how I could move forward regarding my health.

You'll not regret it, the body has a great power of healing, if given the chance!!

I just took a multivitamin. Dunno if it did good but it did no harm.

I always recommend people check with their doctor tho - especially if you're on other meds that a supplement may interact with, or you have some kind of ongoing medical problem that taking vitamins may impact.
