Bewildered Mom
Hello to the forum..
I have an adult son who has an addiction problem. It's tablets and after being clean for a couple of years it is starting again. I feel overwhelmed, confused, scared and just don't want to go through what I've been through before. My son is living at home and after trying many strategies I feel almost despondent and find it increasingly difficult to live my own life. I intend attending a family group for family members of people with addiction soon. There are no nar anon groups near or relatively near to me. I am glad I found this site and feel I can identify with people here.

Welcome, and I'm very sorry for your situation. I can hear your pain.
If there are AlAnon meetings in your area, that might be something to consider. Also, we have a forum on this board for Friends & Families of Substance Abusers where you will find support.
