Same here...I joined at 4am because I didn't know who to call. Struggling and afraid. I've experienced Years of sobriety, and I'm needing to be with a support group. I think I'm the only one awake, but so grateful that this is what I'm up doing... finding you folks.

I understand the apprehension to post. Took me quite a while to make my first post because I was fresh to giving up and posting here meant I really did have a problem and that I was an alcoholic (surely not - lol). But once I posted and read around a lot I saw that the help and encouragement people give eachother here is massive.
I am sure you will benefit from being here too.

Hey GlitterFly - You'll find the people here are very forgiving and very supportive.
There is no real judgment because we've all gone through something similar.
So just say what you want. If you need help, we'll try and give you some options that have worked for some people.
