Death Valley vicinity road trip and an AA meeting

In my 20s when I was drinking by myself with the drapes closed to shut off from life I didnt have many adventures.

Took a trip thru Death Valley and the Eastern Sierra recently ... great fun!

Went to a very nice little AA meeting in Tonopah NV.

Too bad the forum only allows 5 pics

Those are awesome pics! Are you a pro photographer? One of the things I'm really looking forward to as I continue my journey of sobriety is traveling. I've always loved to travel and had some great opportunities here in the US and abroad. However, they always included drinking. I would be hungover, then go visit the Louve and Notre Dame in Paris, but always in my mind was when I got done and settled into a bar for the rest of the night. Most days I would sleep most of the day and probably wasted most of my time in some amazing locales sleeping off the booze. Can't wait to make the most of future trips!
