Peaceful day today. Centered, calm, and happy. Day 5.
Thats really all I have to say today. The dust has settled from the recent stress storm I experienced.
One day at a time. One moment at a time.
Grateful to not be hungover.
Walked this morning with my pup, in the fresh morning air and sunlight, and a beautiful peace and WELLNESS came over my whole being.
Posting only to stay connected, and accountable. I believe I will make a commitment to post here every single day for a very long while. Possibly ... for the rest of my life, if thats what it takes ...<3
I mean, its a very small thing which has the power to be hugely life changing... the power to keep me sober, or greatly help in that endeavor. So why the heck not?
