If i quit for good will these things happen?
Quitting drinking brings huge health benefits. Whether it helps with the specific issues you mentioned is very possible but isn't something we can guarantee. Only a doctor could tell you precisely what's causing them and what impact alcohol has been having. I say this because if it turns out some of those things aren't related to alcohol, I hope you won't then feel quitting wasn't worth it and start drinking again. Your life will definitely improve without alcohol in many ways, mentally and physically, believe me.
Having said that, alcohol has a huge amount of calories. A bottle of wine has around 600 calories. 3 pints is the equivalent of a cheeseburger (there's a UK website drinkaware that lets you check the alcohol and calorie content of many typical drinks). So your goal of losing weight, at least, can definitely be helped by quitting.
