Strong urges last night

Av was suggesting I spend the bank holiday weekend drinking. It started last night so I just went to bed and ignored it.

Got work now and my daughter later, just need to stay on the ball with it else I'll lose another weekend to this crap

You don't have to lose another weekend. You call the shots, not your AV. And you're stronger than your AV no matter how loud it shouts. Keep posting

You've got this Stewy! Make sure you've planned out the weekend from start to finish. Whether it's going to meetings, going for a walk, shopping for groceries, plan it out so you minimize idle time.

Good work, Stewy. You can do this.

I know you have had some long term sobriety in the past and know this already, but it gets easier if you can get past the initial hell of being actively addicted.
