Hi All

I'm back on day 1 again after nearly 7 months sober

I am so angry and feel so guilty and really feeling ill. Have been to the doctors and have spent most of the day reading all your posts.

Hey dreams just get right back on the horse! I know all too well the feelings of guilt, regret, disbelief... Try your best to put that energy into focusing on how you're going to go about staying sober this time. Try to think about what happened that resulted in this relapse and make some changes. I've been in that spot and it sucks - but you can turn it around!

Thank you. SR has been a god send to me today.

I did have a plan and all the help (medical and personally) in the world but life just got on top of me. I'm going to plan a new plan.

Glad you're here dreamsoffreedom! SR has been amazing for me too. Just stay focused on your sobriety with having a plan, maybe attend some meetings, and check in here often; you'll do great.
