One Step/Day at a Time
Well, Day One is in the rear view mirror. No real withdrawal, thankfully. But that nasty old anxiety and alternating gloom is there. To be expected I guess. In any event, on ward and upward. Thanks for all the kind words and support. This weekend I will work on a plan. I may hit some of y'all up for some advice!
