Don't know if it is the same feeling, but a 'foggy-brain' plagued me for some time. Seems to be different for everyone in its duration, but the good news is the 'fog' eventually begins to clear.

Hang in, jwc.

Same here, jwc. I was pretty foggy the first month.

My brain needed some time to heal.

I am 8 days in and feeling great, except for this dang foggy brain! It's normal. I know it eventually clears since I have had sobriety in the past.

73 days in and still have brain fog......very forgetful, hard focusing on one task etc. I just laugh it off. I'm in it for the long haul so if everything was perfect I'd be afraid! Good job and keep it up!

Stay...the...course. It will get better, that is almost a guarantee. But if you are feeling uneasy about it, maybe see your doc? That way all chips are on the table, and you can focus. Kudos on the 23 days!!!!

I distinctly remember feeling foggy and spacey the first month. It takes awhile for the brain to get back to normal, but it will happen.

I only realised today (when trying to plan a project for work) that I'm foggy minded too. I have been so used to being drunk that I haven't even noticed how my mind isn't functioning optimally whilst sober yet!

Crazy, isn't it, what we accept as normal while drinking?
