Hello.
I have had my 'struggles'.
I am now sober, and have been for many months (a complete blessing).
One thing (I have reflected on my life), I notice is that I am unable to sit still... I cannot watch a movie, I cannot relax, I suffer from insomnia, and 'bounce' around (I HAVE to be doing something ALL the time, I have to be moving)...
Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm quite active, too, and I see it as a positive thing. I stay in pretty good shape because I'm often on the move. My suggestions would be to check your diet and medications you are taking to make sure those things are not causing your excess activity. How much actual exercise do you get? I walk miles each day and that does help me.

Welcome to the real you. Productive and proactive.
No time for tv (Bubble gum for the brain) but constantly rearranging and cleaning. Taking care of all those things you put off because you were drinking.
Don't stop now, you have the rest of your life to make a positive impact on your personal life and all those around you.
