I can't forget.
There are many people that are not part of my life, some through the conscious decision to exclude them, and I've learnt through time that I don't need to apologise for that.
It's tough because the feelings involved are guilt that maybe we should be friends or be building relationships with everyone on the planet, we can doubt ourselves that we are somehow doing something wrong, we can second guess people's intentions, motives etc, and we can ultimately wrap ourselves up in so much anxiety, but I can guarantee that the other person isn't worrying as much as we are over it all,
For me realising I had a choice of who to allow into my life and who to exclude was a very freeing realisation, and those that were negative and not healthy to be around anymore they got kicked to the kerb.
Make and stand by your decision . . . there's plenty here on SR that have your back Sasha!!
