Hi Stewy, I am glad to hear you want to get sober again. I am only on day 2 so I don't have much advice I can only say I am drinking a lot of water, eating healthy and yesterday I was reading here on SR until 4am, anything to keep me motivated and my mind off drinking. Wishing you the best.

Start with today, and staying sober today. Come here and post the second the thought of drinking pops into your mind.

Have you looked into any supports in addition to SR to help you get back on track?
