I need a change, coming back....
Hi - I've been reading a book "Compund Effect" - I've been reflecting on a comment the author made....a small change done consistently over time will make a big difference..good and bad..... he said it better but it got me thinking and well long story short, the alcohol needs to be eliminated. I've been here before, not many will remember me, but I've had some success but the wine crept back in, I remember saying to myself after not having anything throughout the summer and fall, oh one glass won't matter well I've struggled ever since. I've been putting together my plan and blogging was a recommended action and I couldn't think of a better place to start blogging again. I've been putting off logging in for a few weeks and even considered creating a new name, I guess I'm a bit embarrassed for failing once again., but I am sitting in Starbucks, as my kids are in Sunday School and I just thought there is no time like now, if I waited I would probably skip it again and create another great reason to have wine tonight so here I am again, a new day one....
