Big thank you everyone. I'm booked in to see my therapist in an hour. I have cut down from drinking 1to 2 bottles everyday to binging twice a week (3 bottles). I must cut it out all together. I know this. I appreciate the messages.

I'm actually shocked by the amount of people who took the time to kindly respond to this post. I thought I might get a "not you again" reaction as I keep falling off the wagon. This community rocks. Thanks for all the encouragement and support. It's 5pm here and I'm just drinking a green tea to start the evening. Day 2 tomorrow!
Up until 10 days ago I only had 2 days sober in a row for the last year. Now I'm 10 days or so...
Advice;
Get it all out the house.
Avoid any shops that sell alcohol if you can.
At the moment my husband (soon to be ex, bless him) is doing the shopping, he said he'll carry on doing it as long as I need him to just so I'm not tempted. It's definitely helping.

You can do it, you just haven't done it yet. Gather all the strength you have and put it towards sobriety. If you simply can't do it on your own, get professional help. It may save your life. And its worth saving.

Hi SoberNunn,
Never give up. Don't leave SR. We've all been where you are. Just keep reading and learning. This can be done. You can do it, even if you don't feel like that's true right now. Everyone is rooting for you to be free of this.
