I think you were trying to moderate, or something like that? Have you decided that isn't possible?
For me I have to accept that I'm an alcoholic. The ole 'once a pickle, never again a cucumber' deal. I have relapsed too many times to count so I understand the f-its. For me I will probably have the f-its again, when 'life' becomes 'too much'. I just have to have a different coping mechanism other than alcohol. That's where the recovery plan comes in.

Hi pressmetilihurt, I remember the never again feeling, especially if the hangover was too bad, it would finish me off until I got it out of my system, then I'd start again.
