Michelle, I'm glad you are feeling better already. What kind of classes are you taking? Studying and learning something new is a great way to move forward with your recovery and life.

Taking classes will keep moving forward, studying makes me tired, lol. I am going to take Cardiovascular Tech classes. I used to work out patient cardio in the Hospital a couple of years ago and LOVED it. I will be going for a while, 4 years!

Yes, we will do this!! I am sorry to hear your cravings are still bad (((hugs))) My heart was racing like crazy for the last two days. I also have been eating "NON STOP" hopefully, that will not last to long for us. I am not craving anything particular, just food. How about you?

Today is day 5 for me, what a great start to the New year.

Day 4 for me had it's ups and downs. The heart Palpations started yesterday at the bewitching hour again, I can't wait till they stop. Meditation and prayer have helped me. At least I didn't have any mood swings like day 2, they were REAL bad, I'm surprised my Husband and Daughter didn't spend the night in a Hotel, lol. I have a half of bottle of wine left over from New years eve that I did not empty just in case the anxiety and withdrawals were to bad. I am going to have the pleasure of pouring it down the drain. Hubby, is proud that it is still there and shocked!!!

On with day 5...toot a lou
