Day 2

As I anticipated, it was a long night of sweating, feet cramps, weird dreams and sleeplessness. Having a successful day 1 is worth the sleep issues.

Now for a successful day 2. At lunch I'm going to purchase a lock to take to the gym. I will be going to workout right after work. I have a healthy lunch packed and plan on drinking a lot of water.

Depending on how I feel after the gym, I'm either taking the pups to get pictures with Santa or I will just take them on a walk around the neighborhood. Day 2 I need to focus on physically getting better.

Of course I will be visiting SR throughout the day and this evening. I don't know that I would have made it through yesterday without your help.

Congratulations. Exercise has really helped me a lot in my own recovery. Highly recommended!

Yes yes YES! show that destructive little chirping voice whos boss! work on getting through the physical part in these early days but dont forget to take care of the mental part too! Read, read read and write write write and pray to whatever thing out there in the universe that you believe in for the strength to get through it all!
No matter what....Dont pick up!!

Keep moving forward Sinderos

healthy eating and exercise are part of a good recovery plan - apart from SR are you going to do anything else to stay sober?
