Congrats on four years! And thank you very much for your post. I've got a bit over four years myself and sobriety has become pretty easy for me. That is something I need to always "worry" about! AVRT has allowed me to tame the Beast, to master it, to keep it in its cage. But the Beast is not dead. No matter how weak the Beast becomes it's always there, patiently waiting for the chance to escape and ruin my life.

I am glad you made it back! Not everyone does.
