10 days sober
Hey all,
I'm checking in on the evening of Day 10 of being sober. The last time I managed to do 10 days was just before Christmas last year so I feel like I am crossing over a threshold right now!
I am feeling good for it and I feel committed to keep it going. There have been a couple of moments where I have really really wanted a glass (or bottle) of wine, but I haven't allowed myself to give into it and asides from that, it's been pretty good.
I've been feeling SUPER tired some days and have had mad sugar cravings more than anything else. Tomorrow, I plan on getting back into the gym and group counselling will continue on Monday.
Just wanted to share my progress and hopefully encourage some other people on who may be struggling out there. Let's keep it going!!!
